When you have VoxOx On the Go™, you can screen and receive calls on any device, as well as manage all your phones with Find Me.
Find Me
Make it easy for people to reach you – when you want to be found. VoxOx® Find Me can ring multiple phones in sequential order, or ring them simultaneously so that you don’t miss an important call. Once you set up Find Me, all your friends can reach you anywhere, on any device from a single VoxOx number.
Important Tip: When you have VoxOx On the Go, you should add at least one phone to Find Me so that you have a place to receive inbound calls. This also enables your VoxOx voicemail. Alternatively, you can download the VoxOx software and have your VoxOx calls ring through on your desktop.
When using Find Me with VoxOx On the Go, you will have the ability to:
- Manage up to six phones
- Choose whether to ring all phone numbers in sequence or simultaneously
- Customize the length of ringing for each phone
- Turn Find Me on and off at any time
Call Screening and Personal Assistant
With VoxOx On the Go, you get a personal auto-attendant to answer and screen your calls. Your “personal assistant” asks unknown callers to announce themselves, records the name, and then plays it for you. You can then decide whether to accept or reject a call.
When you receive a call to your VoxOx number, you can choose to accept or send to voicemail. (You can continue screening in voicemail with the Eavesdrop™ feature.)
