Find Me

Make it easy for people to reach you – when you want to be found. VoxOx Find Me can ring multiple phones in sequential order, or ring them simultaneously so that you don’t miss an important call. Once you set up Find Me, all your friends can reach you anywhere, on any device from a single VoxOx number.

Find Me gives you the ability to:

• Manage up to six phones
• Choose whether to ring all phone numbers in sequence or simultaneously
• Customize the length of ringing for each phone
• Customize different call routing rules for individual contacts or groups
• Turn Find Me on and off at any time

Call Screening and Personal Assistant

With VoxOx, you can enable a personal auto-attendant that answers and screens your calls. The auto-attendant asks unknown callers to announce themselves, records the name, and then plays it for you. You can then decide whether to accept or reject a call. If you’re still unsure, you can send the caller to voicemail and continue listening while they leave you a message – pick up any time with our Eavesdrop™ feature.

You can select options that callers will hear when they call:

• Find Me
• Send a fax
• Go to voicemail

You can even personalize your voicemail greeting. Simply type how you’d like your “personal assistant” to refer to you. Thanks to text-to-speech technology, the auto-attendant will do so in the same voice as the rest of the greeting. You can even select a female or male voice.

When you’re receiving a call, you can choose to:

• Accept the call
• Accept the call with recording
• Send the caller to voicemail (but you can continue screening in voicemail with Eavesdrop™

Dead End™

You can custom block unwanted callers with the Dead End feature. You can set certain contacts to always get a busy signal, disconnected message, or even a recording you’ve uploaded specifically for that person (perfect for ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends or any unwanted caller!).

Ringback Tones

Want to entertain your callers? Upload music files or your own recordings that play for callers instead of ringing.
