We like to give you options, and voicemail is no exception. You can check your VoxOx voicemail by calling into your VoxOx service from any phone or by logging into the VoxOx desktop application from any computer.

Voicemail Notifications

You receive voicemail notifications through email, SMS or both – your choice!

Voicemail-to-email

When you receive a voicemail notification to your email, it comes with an audio file of the voice message. You can just click and listen right in your inbox.

Visual Voicemail

When you access voice messages in the desktop application, the voicemail interface enables you to see the messages you’ve received, and listen to them in the order you want.

Voicemail Settings

With VoxOx voicemail, you can:

• Set the number of seconds until voicemail message begins
• Upload audio file for personal or extended absence greetings
• Select your greeting — options include name only, standard, personal assistant, and extended absence
• Choose how you want to receive voicemail notifications
• Set and modify your security PIN code for accessing messages remotely
• Turn date and time stamp on/off
• Turn auto play on/off

Eavesdrop™

Eavesdrop gives you the ultimate screening power. When you receive a call, you can send the caller to voicemail, “eavesdrop” while the person is leaving you a message. As you listen, you can decide to pick-up the call at any time.
