JOIN THOSE who have made their phones a powerful VoxOx-enabled phone. And best of all — it's FREE.

How-To Guides

As soon as you sign up for VoxOx®, you can get a free U.S. phone number (in all supported countries). With that number comes a slew of VoxOx inbound calling features, including VoxOx Find Me call forwarding. Read on to learn how to set up your Find Me call forwarding and related information.

Getting Started

When you get a free VoxOx phone number, that number is associated with the VoxOx desktop client – this means that when someone calls your VoxOx number, your computer desktop will ring and so will the cell phone you authorized in the registration process. But what’s great about VoxOx is that you can forward calls to up to five phones (cell phone, work phone, home phone etc.) by configuring the Find Me feature. You also have the option to set your phones to ring simultaneously or in sequence. You can also adjust the duration of how long each phone rings.

There are four ways to set up and manage your Find Me settings:

  1. In the VoxOx desktop software under Preferences —> Phone Settings
  2. In the VoxOx Call iPhone app under More —> Phone Settings (Find Me Numbers)
  3. Online at my.voxox.com under Settings
  4. By dialing your VoxOx phone number from any phone – When the greeting kicks in, press star (*) —> enter your PIN code (Tip: the default PIN is the last four digits of your VoxOx phone number) —> press pound (#) —> select 6 for Settings, and option 1 for Find Me.

Note: If you are using VoxOx without the desktop software (VoxOx On the Go), you can manage Find Me through the second, third or fourth method above. (Tip: VoxOx On the Go users should add at least one Find Me number to receive calls.)

Checking Voicemail

When you start receiving phone calls to your VoxOx phone number – regardless of which device you receive the call on — all voice messages will be left in your VoxOx voicemail. You can access VoxOx voicemail in the footer of your VoxOx desktop software, by calling your VoxOx number, or if you have the VoxOx Call for iPhone, you can also access voicemail within the mobile app. You can also manage voicemail notifications under Preferences —> Notifications in the desktop software if you’d like to receive email and/or SMS notifications regarding new voice messages.

VoxOx On-Call Features

When you receive VoxOx calls through Find Me, regardless of what phone you take the call on – desktop, mobile, landline, etc. — you have additional perks. You can record calls on-the-fly (*1 to start/stop recording), transfer calls to another phone (*2), start conference calls with up to 20 people (press *3 to add friends to your call), and listen in on voicemails in real-time with our Eavesdrop™ feature. (Tip: you also get these on-call options when you make calls through VoxOx)
