Faxing is not functioning as expected
If you have ensured you are entering the number properly and that your contact is properly configured to receive faxes, but is not receiving your faxes, please contact Voxox Customer Service with the following information:
1. The date and time of your attempt(s) to send the fax
2. The number to which you are attempting to send the fax, exactly as you entered it
3. Steps to reproduce your attempts to send the fax
4. The name of the file you attempted to send, including and special characters or extensions
